At the time of delivery, you are obliged to check the products and make sure that they meet your expectations. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs. Delivery costs cannot be refunded.

In order to be able to return the products they must be undamaged and unused.

If the products you want to return are unpacked, undamaged and with undamaged code, then together with the invoice you should deliver them to our address within 7 days. The delivery to our address is paid by you.

After receiving the product, we will check it and inform you that we have received the returned product.

Once we are sure that the products are in order, you will be contacted immediately and the funds will be returned in a way that suits both parties, except for the delivery amount included in the invoice. That amount (approximately 130 denars) can not be refunded.

Refunds before we receive the products are not possible.

We inform you that BI-EL as the owner of this website reserves the rights for possible changes to the Product Return Policy without obligation to notify users in advance.

Customers are obliged to follow the changes on this page to be informed about the terms of return of the products before placing the order.
